Our HistoryEllinwood Packing Plant Inc. has been in business for over 40 years. We started out as a small custom processor in 1977 with 5 employees. Over the past 40 years we have had 6 building expansions and now employ over 15 people. We still offer custom processing, and we butcher locally raised beef and pork for sale. In 1980 we began wholesale deliveries, serving central and western Kansas.
Our largest expansion was completed in 2003, offering a new and modern retail store. We also expanded our wholesale and retail processing facilities, including state of the art cooling storage systems.
